I like badminton and basketball,basketball is my favourite sport,I like basketball best.
I always wear a T-shirt,shorts and runners to play basketball. I can throw the basketball in the net, I think it is easy, but someone think it is hard, I can catch the basketball,too. On Sundays,I am a bbasketball player.I like to watch basketball game on TV, Yao Ming is my favourite basketball player, I want to be a real basketball player someday.
Taking exercise is good for our health. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. By taking exercise, we can relax our body and mind. At the same time, we can harden our muscle and have a good figure. If we don't take exercise for a long time, we may easily fall sick.
I enjoy several outdoor sports. Swimming in the sea is my favorite. Because there are too many people in a swimming pool and the water is always dirty, I prefer to swim in the sea.
Playing badminton is also fun. I can always find a place in the park for playing badminton. Besides, I enjoy jogging in the morning. Sometimes, I jog with my parents in the park.

在我的学习桌上有一个小红星娃娃,每当看到它,我就会想起六岁时的那一次攀岩。三月份的一天,我和黄若婷来到动画城的攀岩场。那里的小朋友可多了,他们都在看攀岩。场中间有两根充气柱子,两个小朋友正往上爬。这两根柱子可高了,起码有十米高。
一个小朋友爬到中间就不敢爬了,哭着退了下来。我想,这两根柱子虽然高,但是我一定能爬上去!我要亲自试一试!在我的强烈要求下,妈妈终于同意了。我开始往上爬,不一会儿,就爬到了中间。这时候,我感觉到手很累,左手一滑,抓不稳,滑到了右边。幸亏右手抓得牢,不然我就掉下去了。我使劲一摆,左手趁势一抓,又抓稳了。定睛一看,我已经在高高的半空中了,再往下一看,下面的人很小,但我一点也不害怕。我抬头望望,只见目标——充气柱的顶端离我还远着呢,足足有四米远。
我继续往上爬。我越来越累了,攀岩的速度越来越慢。看来,我无论如何也得不到柱顶上世纪胜利品——小星星娃娃了。这时候,我听见妈妈大声喊:“温欣,快点往上爬,快到了!奖品小红星娃娃在顶上等你呢!”听了妈妈的话,看着头顶上正对着我微笑的小红星娃娃,我更有信心了。我一步一步地往上爬,终于爬到了充气柱顶。我很高兴,我得到了奖品——小红星娃娃。

all of the members in my family like to do different kind of sports .my father loves playing badminton best ,he usually gets up early in the morning and go to the gym to practise it with others.i am absolutely a basketball fan ,the fixed time for me to play basketball is in the late afternoon ,sometimes if i can get up early i will also call some of my friends to play together.my mom is tennis lover ,there is a tennis court near our home ,so every afternoon ,mom will go there play tennis with some of her workmates .
At though it was autumn,all my classes were so excited.Because we will hold a great sport meet.
All of our athletes were the best,I believe.
At that time,sports meet set many kinds of events,including field events and track events.The ground float a spirit.So many students breaken the records of our school.The weather was cold but no one had felt.We were in happy!
